Community Health Assessment Report & Implementation
We are happy to provide the public with access to research and reports regarding local healthcare needs and services. As a local, not-for-profit healthcare center, we participated in the Montana Office of Rural Health's Community Health Services Development Project. Below are results from community health surveys conducted in 2008 and 2011, along with our plan on how to best meet the health needs of the community with our implementation plan. If you have questions, feel free to contact us using the form on this page, by calling 406.787.6401 or stop by Roosevelt Medical Center for a printed copy of any of the documents below.

The Focus Groups had good conversations with RMC and the Office of Rural Health Community Needs Assessment team in Culbertson, Froid, and Bainville. The comments and suggestions received will be compiled in to a report by the ORHCNA team and sent back to RMC.
Thank you to all who took the time to participate in this important part of Roosevelt Medical Center's dedication to providing quality healthcare. The 2014 Community Health Needs Survey from the Office of Rural health will be going out soon. Please be sure to fill them out if you receive one.
