Manager of Radiology: Full-time position available
Radiology Tech with CT with Montana license for a Rural Health Clinic and Critical Access Hospital Department Manager will plan, direct, organize and supervise the operational activities of the Radiology department. Includes maintaining compliance with regulatory agencies, staffing, work schedules, staff evaluations, patient management, equipment maintenance, and developing/maintaining policies and procedures. This person will be the primary employee, supported by part- or full-time or locum staff, to work full-time hours during the week and participate in the weeknight, weekend, and holiday on-call rotations. Takes radiographic images of various body parts - with CT. Ultrasound ability would be a plus. X-ray volume is low for regular and on-call hours so the person must be willing to assist with other organizational committees and responsibilities. Radiologic Technologist must have ARRT certification. PTO accrues to 4 weeks/year, RMC pays a portion of employee health insurance premium, up to 3% contribution match to 401(k); relocation assistance available. Salary $37.00 - $48.28 per hour dependent upon experience. Healthcare settings: acute care, clinic, inpatient, long-term care, and outpatient. BLS and ARRT certification preferred. Medical Laboratory Technician/Medical Technologist: Part-time day shift with shared night/weekend/holiday call. Must have a current Montana License or be able to obtain one.
